This is Darius from V rabbit pat calm and in this video I'm going to show you how to keep viewers and commenters of vials that you've shared from copying a printing or downloading those documents please make sure that you hit that subscribe button and that notification bell so that you can be notified when I publish new videos so on the screen here I have a file that I want to share and I'm just going to share with myself but I don't want the other person to be able to copy that file print that file or download that file so what you do is you click the share button and you will see these two little boxes come up and in this box here you need to select the people with whom you want to share the document and I'm just going to type in my own email address to my other account and in order for this to work the other person has to be a viewer or commenter this will not work if you allow the other person to edit the document so after you type in the email address go over here to the right click this arrow or anywhere in that box and select viewer or commenter viewing allows the other person to see the document setting someone as a commenter allows them to make comments on the document without necessarily editing the document itself so I'm going to set myself as a commenter and then in order to turn off the setting that would allow the other person to copy print or download that file you need to click the gear in the upper right hand corner and now you have the options here you will be able to change that...
